Just did Strong Legs and Abs (on the Pure Strength DVD) for the first time. In it you use a 15 lb body bar for the floor work and mention that ankle weights could also be used. Would this be roughly equivalent to using a 5lb ankle weight? Or, would the 5 lb Troy barbell bar with 4 x 2.5 lb wts on it work okay?
As a sidebar to this, I have to say how much I really appreciate Cathe's mentioning in her more recent workouts what weights that she is using prior to starting the exercise.
