For those of you who have Ab Circuits

I love the variety - there's something for everyone - yoga, pilates, etc.
I find the No Equipment one to be quite a challenge! Maybe its the length, but if you think you're in for an easier ab workout, guess again! That one kills!;)

Lately, I've been neglecting these ab workouts (all good intentions). Let me tell you I took for granted how strong my abs/core was until I laid off the exercises. So, obviously it's very important to keep up the ab work!

I never knew how much fear a paper plate could invoke until I started STS/STS Abs. Those little suckers are KILLERS!! Just did W&P last night from Abs and my core is screaming today!!
