Follow-up ? on Cathe's HiiT, Tabata, Steady State article

Another great article! I love these! But I am still unsure about where more "traditional" interval workouts -- like the Imaxes -- fit into the equation, in terms of their specific benefits and their recommended frequency in a cardio rotation?

Insight from Cathe or another Cathlete would be greatly appreciated!
 
I would love to know the answer to this question and whether doing all the HiiTs as one workout (as I currently do) is the right way to use this DVD.
