Hi. Just being nosey...what's everyone got planned for February as far as rotations go? I'm doing CTX, working each body part twice a week.

Thanks for sharing,

Stacy

One body part per day

I am just about to switch to a one body part per day rotation. I will do one each day for 20-25 minutes (longer for legs) and add on a variety of cardio. I am also considering this:

Sun - legs
Mon - chest
Tues - back
Wed - shoulders
Thurs - biceps
Fri - triceps
Sat - no weights

Sun - total body strength
Mon - no weights
Tues - legs
Wed - chest
Thurs - back
etc.

Hi. I'm trying to figure out what works best for me, so I'm trying a rotation with less heavy weight training and more cardio. Starting on Monday I'll be doing a six week rotation of :

5 cardio per week (2-3 moderate intensity, 1-2 high intensity, 1 light)

2 full upper body endurance/lighter weights (broken down into parts over the week)

1 endurance leg workout

1 heavy leg workout

MONDAY: 45 minute cardio
PS Back (I'll continue to train heavy on Back)
CTX chest

TUESDAY: 45 minute cardio
CTX Bis and tris

WEDNESDAY: 45 minute circuit (combos of bodymax, power circuit, etc.)--this counts as leg endurance workout
CTX shoulders

THURSDAY: 60 minute cardio

FRIDAY: upper body (CTX, TWV, MIS lighter stuff, etc)
30 minutes cardio

SATURDAY: PL SLA

SUNDAY: rest

My cardios will be combos of PowerMax, MIC, Sepworks, CTX, Bodymax step, Stepfit, Imax and other non Cathe videos (gin Miller and the like)
I'm hoping the CTX weights will count as endurance rather than true strength . I've done them, but its been a while and I can't remember...
(I'm trying the push/pull thingy :) )
I may need to put the rest day in the middle of the week rather than at the end--we shall see.
