Equipment needed?

Hi Guys -
The list on shopcathe, says slanted risers are optional. Do you actually use them?

Is it only to use for a slanted weight bench?
 
I am too cheap...I haven't purchased them. I use the regular risers and then put a heavy dumbell at the end to ensure that the top doesn't slide down and off. This has worked for me during STS. I know others will say it is a necessity, but I don't think they are IMHO. :)
 
If you have a workout bench that inclines, that will also work.

And yes the slanted riser were used during incline flys, incline chest press and there was one bicep incline position it was used in.
