DOMS

Can someone please tell me what "DOMS" means? I notice a lot of people use this acronym and I can't figure it out. I'm sure the minute someone tells me what it means, I'll say "DUH".

I was wondering this myself. I knew it was something to do with muscle soreness, but I couldn't figure out what the D and O stood for.

"Dang and ouch"...I think thats what i had too before I finaly figured it out,LOL(laugh out loud;-))
