"Divide and Conquer" series

I would love to see a series that:

1)offers us about 45 minutes of high intensity interval cardio with a long enough rest between intervals to get our heart rates down around 130 before we blast off again. Would love to see variations/premixes of intervals like this for variety; and
2)offers lots of upper body workout variations and separate lower body workout variations; and
3)offers abs with each.

This would allow us to "divide and conquer" so we can design cardio/upper body days and cardio/lower body days. I am trying to do this using premixes and other creative mixtures, but would love to see Cathe present us with this particular format. There have been a number of posts about how less cardio and more wieghts work so very well for us. Please consider. Thank you!
