diet 1/1/2005

Good morning

looking to improve my diet in the new year. Anyone else??

B Soy cereal with lowfat milk
S fruit & yogurt
L Tuna w/ celery sandwich & H20
S protein shake
D grilled chicken & veggies & H20

(there will be a couple of cokes included during the day}( )
 
i'm always looking to improve my diet! here's todays plan :)

B berry pancake, 1/2 ounce cream cheese, coffee with fat free milk
S banana
L turkey breast on wheat , salad on the side
S low fat yogurt
D chicken burger with all the fixins, salad , maybe some bbqed potatoes


Annnnnd i'm sure i'll have a fudgsicle somewhere in there :)

I am trying to add more protein...

Preworkout - Protein shake (1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop protein, 1 cup strawberries)

HITT Workout

Postworkout - 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup strawberries

Lunch - Turkey breast, light whole wheat bun

Dinner - Pork loin roast, saurkraut, mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Dessert - Oatmeal bars (homemade)& green tea

I will tweak a bit more tomorrow as I will start Cathe's January Rotation on Monday for a bit of a change.
