Wendy - great job with the steps there.  ITU about thinking vs doing .  .  . I know I have a TM sitting in my back room, BUT DO I USE IT ? ? ?  Not often enough.  Thus I decided this AM to not lounge in bed for an extra half hour but instead got up and watched the news while I walked.  Now that is what I need to do every day.  I have much more energy and don't feel so grumpy at having to come to work.  Evening workouts are better for me for a few reasonos, but AM workouts get me moving and in a better mood.  Perhaps I'll attempt the TM in the AMs for 30 min and see if my weight will budge too !
Have you heard about that office job yet?  Inquiring minds want to know, ya know? 

  And .  .  . you getting the rest of your steps in yet .  .  .

Jen -  Yep, meant 125 per min (noticed that just now .  .  . 

).  I don't think it's too bad for a half hour.  For me, just walking from one end of my house to the other to let the dog in and out is 50 steps - so I log quite a few steps just walking around the house.  Sounds like you got a goodie workout in today.  Hope they are the good DOMS you are feeling !  LOL about sitting on your bootie now that you hit 10K !  Shouldn't you now aim for something like 12,500 ?

Laura - Woo Hoo so good to hear you had a blast AND won to boot !  Sorry you and DH are feeling sicky though.  Hope it passes soon so you are ready for another hoppin' weekend girl !  What type of tasting fish is a grouper?  I've heard of them but don't think I have ever eaten one.
To heck with the calorie counts and exercise right now.  You need some down time and so does DH !  Enjoy it because there is always tomorrow !
If you and Wendy plan a trip, .  .  .  can I come too?

Now for a goodie .  .  .
I was just a lurkin' over on one of the other threads, you know, with Fitness Freak - well in checking out her weight work today, STS had me just a couple lbs less on 2 of her exercises and matched on the others.  She did a few more reps, but that made me feel pretty confident that I made some great strength gains.
Now if only I could eat like her and have her muscles .  .  .  
 
Okie dokie - back to work.  Am hoping to work only 1/2 days tomorrow & Friday so I can CleanMax and just found out about a meeting tomorrow that I hadn't planned on.  Need to get my "stuff" done .  .  .
