B soy cereal w/ lowfat milk
S nuts, fruit, & yogurt
L tuna w/ celery sandwich w/ H20
S protein shake
D potatoe soup w/black tea

B: omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites) with mushrooms, onion, and smoked salmon with one piece sprouted grain tortilla and orange juice

L: 2 veggie burgers and big glass of water

S: protein shake with almond milk and 1 tblsp almond butter after workout

D: some chicken with quinoa

Ok, so I had a few leftover rainbow cookies a little earlierx( !
