Briee, I hope you aren't getting the flu Be careful with all of those vitamins. I tried that a few weeks ago and wound up with well a tummy problem to put it lightly.
I did legs and chins this evening followed by the cardio w/o that came with my incline risers. I did my 25 chins. Not all sets of 5 though I blame it on holding heavy wt on my back and lifting heavy BB for RDLs. Yes, I am full of excuses :+
