I had never done a pull up before and attempted one the other day. I surprised myself by doing one, couldnt do more than that but I was shocked just to be able to complete one!!

Now my 10 year old, he did a set of 10 once. I'm going to have to work to get ahead of him. If he keeps it up I'll be forced to break his arm.
