Change from 6 month to 3 month program

I thought you had originally stated that this would be a 6 month program and wonder why you changed it to a 3 month program.

My question is would we see better results if we used this as a 6 month program instead of a 3 month program. Would you give us instructions on how to change this to a 6 month program like doing week 1 for 2 weeks then week 2 for 2 weeks etc. or to start over and do the program twice.

On a special I was watching they stated that no way you could get the results you wanted in 12 weeks that it would take longer.

There really isn’t any difference in the design of the program. If you want to do the program for 6 months you can either do each workout for two weeks instead of one week or just repeat the 3 month STS program.
