Hi Cathe, I've been working out since I was 17 and have always been pretty healthy. I'm now almost 48 (B-Day in 3 weeks) and newly married 2 months ago. My husband has IBS and therefore I have changed up my eating habits to go along with his. Subsequently, I have lost around 10 lbs. While this sounds great, I have also noticed a significant change in my backside. What should I do to get my backside back in shape after losing this weight. I look great in jeans, but not so great in the nude. I own most of your DVDs, but not sure which direction to go to get my backside to firm up. Thanks in advance for your help.
