I have been using cathe classics vol 1 dvd for a few months and wanted suggestions for what strength dvs I should begin to incorporate in my routine. I was thinking about pure strength dvd, but I was wondering if any of cathes other strength workouts are better for new users. I have never used a barbell before, but have used dumbbells-although not very heavy ones as of yet. Any suggestions for what type of barbell to buy would be very appreciated also. Thanks,
