B/C of my bad knee I can't do much more than walk and elliptical for a week or two. I miss kickbox and boxing and even step. I can do upper body, and to spread out the weightlifting I'll do one upper body - body part a day after elliptical work. Once I'm back to normal I'll get back to STS.
I really can't wait to get back to it. Everyone...take care of your knee's and joints so you can enjoy your workouts whenever you want. :D:D

Oh Autumn, I hear ya, woman! I injured my knee half-way through meso 2...it sucked! But after making some changes to how I work out, the strong knees dvd, and just plain time and rest, I am back and my knee is holding up. I have 9 more workouts left in mesocycle 3 (including shock cardio workouts) and I just did plyo legs today. I did the same number of risers as Cathe and crew for plyo legs, too. Woo-hoo! Feeling good.
