Anyone tried this Kira Langolf workout?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the workout "Got Bands? Resistance Bands for Total Body Tone" by Kira Langolf. If you have, was it enjoyable and suited to the advanced exerciser?
 
I have this workout and I like it. I do think it is appropriate for advanced workouts. With bands, you get out what you put in. I use a pretty high resistance band and I can definitely feel the workout the next day. I do have to say that when I was using them consistently Kira's workouts got me into the best shape of my life. I have several of her videos and I like them all.
