another STS question

Yes, I am in Meso 2 and so far maybe 1 hour 5 minutes but some about 50 minutes. I really don't think they get much longer than an hour. But if so, make sure you don't skip through the breaks, Cathe really emphasizes how important they are for our muscles to recover and get the full benefit of the program. Have you started yet or just considering buying it?

the more body parts, the longer the workout. so, legs tend to be 45-55 mins and chest/shoulder/tri's are longer -- in meso 2 they are an hour.
