I'm trying to input information on Emerald cocoa Roasted Almonds. The info on the container does not mention Omega 3's or 6's which I know almonds contain. So, should i take this info from reg almonds and add it in?

Also, how do you modify the serving size. For instance if the given food is in the database in cups and I just want 2 Tbsp, how do I handle that. Geez, I think I need a tutor.

Thanks again!

That's what I do.

You can use Google. In the search box just type 2 tbsp in cups. You'll get .125 cups. Just use that.

I weigh everything, so I just use ounces or grams for almost everything.
