A fun little mish mosh today

I couldn't decide what workout to do today. It's an upperbody day for me. I wanted to do both Imax3 and HSC. So I decided to do the first 5 step & intervals from Imax3 and the cardio with upperbody only from HSC. I also included the abs. It was fun and I was tired at the end with all the blasts but it fit the bill. It was about an 75-80 min. workout, warmup excluded. I think I will sleep well tonight.:p
 
Wow, that's a good LB and UB combo, with your LB work coming from IMAX 3. Great idea, thanks.:) Except that I might sub IMAX 3 with Low Max blasts.

Yesterday I did KM combos only, followed by LM blast premix, followed by KM leg conditioning drills. My legs were shaking at the very end.
