    Is Hardcore Series good if you want to lose weight?

    I ordered the Hardcore Series & am anxiously awaiting their arrival!I cant wait for some new & different workouts! Unfortunatley I still have 18 lbs left to lose. (thought id be there by now) Will the hardcore series still be ok for someone who wants to lose weight?
