    Pure strength vs slow and heavy

    Just wanted to ask quickly when the major difference between the 2 workouts is. I believe they are both strenght routines. I have seen slow and heavy on fit TV and it is very intense mental and physical workout. What about pure strenght? any comments are appreciated.
