    Do you have an Academy in your area? I plan on buying a squat rack from there. It may take up more space than you wanted, but it also comes with an incline bench that has the piece connected for doing leg work. I was surprised that it was only $78.

    I love the leg conditioning drills also. The first time I did them, I thought this is crazy, I'm not going to do these. But I did do them again and now I love them. I think they are very effective in working the outer thighs/glutes, especially if you tend to be peared shaped like me.

    I also prefer pants over shorts because of the legs riding up. pants stay in place and soak up the sweat. I normally wear shorts if I'm just doing weightlifting only without cardio.

    not getting desired results

    I'm 44-years-old and also had better results with less cardio, way less. Last year I focused mainly on weights and lost 10 pounds over the year. I only did cardio 3 days per week for 45-60 minutes and weights 3 days per week using the Gym Style Series. I had excellent results.
