Getting off the couch and need advice on preparing for the ICE workouts ,soon to come. What would you all recommend for me as I have been sitting on the couch for the last year? I am bored with the Cathe beginner rotation as I have repeated it soo many times before. Krista

Making a new multipurpose room with a bedroom and workout room. I am having difficulty picking a good color for the walls since it will be my work out room too. (Daughter moved home for a few months and using it as a bedroom.) Anyone have any suggestions on what color I should paint the walls...

Are the X train log sheet in with the Cathe Compendium?

I would like to get a few of the New RIPPED with Hiit DVD's. I have PyLo one. And am thinking of getting the upper body circuit one. Anyone have any recommendations. I am getting off the couch again and want to start back into Cathe.

Is it ok to put the DVD's that I don't use for sale on here? Don't want to anger any one! Krista
