Gliding Discs

Help! I love Cathe's workouts that incorporate gliding discs, but I'm not happy with the discs I bought from Amazon. And she no longer sells the Cathe discs. I workout on wood flooring, and I'd like something that will stay put when doing jacks. Any suggestions?

Place a rug or carpet remnant on your wood floor, and use furniture movers from Home Depot or Lowe's as gliding discs. They work perfectly, and are inexpensive.
Be careful, they can be very slippery when new!

I have switched to just using rags (old dishcloths or any old small towel). Works well for me. So easy to use and I can just pop them in the wash when needed. I noticed that Cathe is now using rags in many workouts and I read somewhere that Cathe got hers at a car repair shop.

I have mindy mylrea's gliders. If don't know how to post a link but if you google her site you can find them for about $25. They work really well for me on hardwood floors.
