Thanks for all the info! :-) The dr prescribed a steroid cream. I'm not sure if it's helping or not. It's still itchy, but it's only been 2 days since I've had the cream. I was starting to wonder if I had a different rash on top of the eczema!

Have you tried rebooting in safe mode? When it starts up you'll see an option to start the computer in safe mode, might be F8 or something like that. It should say on the screen. I'm not familiar with Vista, but in help they should be able to tell you how to restore your computer to an earlier...
