My daughter is wanting to get into weight training, and I thought STS may be good for her... Has anyone allowed their teen to do STS? Everything that I have read states that weight training is indeed good for teens. She is 16 and isn't overweight at all, but needs to tone up! Or... maybe...

I just ordered mine from Walmart.com. It was the Altus Turbo Tower for $79. I too, tried to order it from Cathe, but it wasn't here and I NEED it in the next week or two before I begin STS!! Kind of feel a bit guilty:( LOL

I will be starting STS soon, but was wanting to do STS on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then take a day or 2 off and do Muscle Max so I can hit each body part twice a week. Anyone do this before? Thanks, Jennifer

I have about 30 pounds to lose and am wondering if STS is right for me during my losing stage. I have thought about just doing total body workouts like power hour until the weight is off, then starting STS. Opinions?? I am also in the middle of a weight loss contest, so I want to do whatever...

I have heard people lose a ton of weight on this... I would love to hear from others who may have tried it. Also, it says not to work out on it. I honestly don't think I could "not" work out! I love working out... as its a HUGE stress relief for me!! Jennifer
