I am about to start a weight loss competition that lasts 12 weeks, with a $5000 prize. Of course I want to win!! I was planning on getting STS... but am wondering if that is the best thing during a weight loss competition with gaining muscle. I am 165 pound and 5'4. I would like to get down to 125 or so by the end of the competition. Should I just be doing lots of cardio and maybe a few total body workouts? Or, just go ahead and do STS.
