How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Purchased a video at SUn Coast videos that was Cathes very first step routine, but I think it was one that someone "returned" to the store even though Cathe wasn't selling videos in stores at the time. I loved the intensity of it the variety and her teaching style. I started buying other videos as they came out, switched over to DVDs and now have an impressive collection
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
variety, cueing, low boredom threshold; Cathe is always safe, always shows excellent form and she gets right in there and does the workout with you! I have enough of her workouts now to probably not repeat one for at least six months or more

Original Reebok step and Power Step; Original FIRM videos and Firm parts. I used to have a larger variety but got rid of most of them cuz they just couldnt compare to Cathe
My Fitness Goals
To lose weight (I gained several pounds and lost fitness strength and flexibility in the last four years because of three major orthopedic surgeries: a right knee osteotomy and bilateral hip replacements. So that kinda slowed me down ;oD)and to get back to and possibly better than I was when all the ortho problems started. I have a long way to go but its one day at a time like everything else in life!
