can it be used like a door gym where u dont have to punch holes in walls? the one i bought just came in the mail and the instructions only explain about using brackets to put on the wall. did i make a mistake?

also, what was her diet like? i'm also going to suggest getting rid of all her snack food,hopefully stop drinking dacquerys,and she eats alot of meat and only buy from outside of grocery except for beans and tomatos.and stay away from sugar
