I am so sore today from a workout I did on Saturday. My legs and butt are absolutely killing me. I'm following Cathe's Sept. '07 Circuit City rotation (a nice break from heavy lifting!) and today I'm supposed to do HSTA. Ugh. All those leg presses.
Is it ok to do that workout today even if I STILL can barely sit on the toilet because my butt hurts so much? (Ok, TMI, I know. Sorry....)Yesterday I just did a 4 mile flat run so loosen myself up, but it doesn't seem to have helped. Any ideas? THANKS!!!
