Hi Cathe and all,
I've mainly been running this spring and summer. But my body doesn't seem to like it. I've had knee, hip/groin problems and now my back is telling me to get back into me old step aerobic workouts. I've hesitated because I love the female fellowship (I run with a group). I will have to start posting and reading your forum again. I have missed you and everyone on it. Sounds like good things have been happening.
As I look at all the comments about the new CTX, I'm wondering if that might be the workout for me. It looks appealing because it looks like an entire package where at the end of the week I can feel assured I've hit all the bases. However I'm wondering if having 6 new tapes all at once to learn is a bit overwhelming. What do you gals think? Do you feel overloaded? Also will I need to buy heavier weights? Remember, its been along time since I did weights so I'm almost starting at ground zero in that department. I do have a set of 2-3-4-5# and a 7#er. I feel like my body really needs to get back into weights and stretching. My cardio is doing ok but my body doesn't move as well or feel as flexible. It feels old and brittle. I'm a 48 year old and would be very interested in that new forum they have proposed.
Thanks for your help. Lora
