XTrain’s Burn Sets – Could it Be the Most Versatile Strength Training Workout on DVD?

Burn Sets is one of our new XTrain workouts that consist of two traditional upper body, heavy weight workouts: Chest, Back & Shoulders and Bi’s & Tri’s. Burn Sets uses tried and true classic weight training techniques, but what makes Burn Sets truly unique from other DVDs is all of the different ways this one DVD can be used.

When Cathe designed Burn Sets she wanted a workout that could easily be used in different ways to fit a wide variety of workout time schedules and training preferences. She also wanted a workout that could easily be changed and done in different ways to maximize muscle confusion helping to avoid boredom and plateaus.

In addition to doing Burn Sets two regular workouts: Chest, Back & Shoulders and Bi’s & Tri’s, this DVD also contains options for working individual muscle groups for those of you that want and need a shorter workout or are looking to add a short strength training segment at the end of your cardio workout. This option allows you to do a quick single body part for your chest, back, biceps, triceps or shoulders.

If you prefer to work multiple muscle groups on the same day Burn Sets DVD has options for you too. Besides the two main workouts you can select a premix that will allow you to work your muscles in numerous ways:
