We’ve received a lot of questions about exactly what kind of workout is SuperCuts? Is it a cardio workout or Is it a strength training video? Well, SuperCuts is actually both a low impact cardio and a strength training workout (including core) all rolled into one video. This is a metabolic workout that is in some ways similar to Cardio Super Sets and AfterBurn, but yet it is different in that Cathe has further refined the concept and flow of this type of a workout.
With every workout series we film there are always a few that really stand out and become the favorites. In the Low Impact series “AfterBurn” was the video most of our crew and staff talked about and liked the most while in XTrain “SuperCuts” was definitely one of the favorites. Describing SuperCuts is difficult to do because it’s not just the exercises that make it special, it’s how they are arranged and the flow of the workout that makes it rock.
