Ingredients
¾ cup Honey
¾ cup Real Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Real Vanilla Extract
12 cups Old Fashioned Oats
Directions:Preheat Oven to 350°.
Heat Honey, Maple Syrup, and Cinnamon in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth and liquid, but do not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla Extract. Drizzle over oats in extra large mixing bowl while stirring oats until very evenly coated. (It takes a lot of stirring).
Divide evenly onto 2 ungreased baking sheets. Spread evenly but thicker around edges so that edges don’t burn.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then stir and bake for 10 minutes more.
Serve with milk, yogurt, or cottage cheese, and top with nuts and berries. Also good in trail mix.
