Gluten-Free, Almond Flour Nut Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of blanched almond flour
3/4 arrowroot powder
1/2 ground flax seed
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1/2 tsp of honey
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix the flour, flax seed, arrowroot, chia seeds, salt and baking soda.

Whisk the eggs, vinegar and honey.

Stir the dry mix into the wet. Mix well.

Stir in seeds and nuts.

Pour into oiled/greased 7 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch bread pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleanly.
