Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2Tbs chia seeds (optional)
1Tsp baking power
3tsp stevia (optional)
3egg whites
8-10 chopped dates
100 gr chopped pineapple (can pineapple work)
2 Tbs of Fat free cottage cheese (optional)
handfull raisins (optional)
Cinnamon as much as you like.
2cups of water
1/2 cup fat free milk.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C degrees or 325 F.
In a mixing bowl mix all of the ingredients it should be liquidy, don’t get scare.
after is ready pour it in a square baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 min until its golden brown.
Cut in 4 serving and enjoy, topped of with a little bit of greek yogurt. for a healthy breakfast with a cup of coffee .
Also, you can use any fresh fruit you have on hand, bananas, pear or frozen berries, pumpkin for this one you would use a Ts of pumpkin spices.

100 gr of Pineapple it is around 3/4 of a cup, more or less it all depends on how much do you want.
