I am enjoying a post workout smoothie right now and it is so good - I wanted to share .
3/4 cup blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries)
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup milk (I used ff vanilla soy)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
didn't measure, but a little squeeze of honey - you could easily leave it out
1/4 t. cinnamon
a little grated nutmeg
I also added a scoop of protein powder
All I can say is YUM!!!
