OK....pick my workout! I want to do an all-step workout (no intervals like IMax). I'll be working out at 8pm SHARP tonight. I've got them all, so tell me what to do!

I can't decide on my own so I thought I'd look to you guys for FUN!

Hey Gayle:)

If I wanted to cruise through a steady state workout I'd do the Cardio and Weights step premix. If I wanted to step it up a notch and get a little more breathless I'd go for CTX Step and Intervals.

Oohhh this is too hard now, Body Max is a great 'git 'r done!' step workout too. I think I'm just too neurotic to pick:)

Edited to add, I only included shorter ones because I thought that you meant you only had 35 minutes, now I realise you meant that WE have 35 minutes:p Combining CTX All Step and Step and Intervals is an awesome workout!
 
HURRY! You've got 10 more minutes. I, however, have ALL NIGHT for stepping! LOL

I'll wait to see what else gets posted in the next 10 minutes!

LOL! You guys are too funny. I felt sorry that I confused some of you last night! LOL

Anxiety was getting to me last night and I was afraid I'd hit the pantry, so instead I decided to go steppin'! LOL I ended up doing Step Works. An oldie but goodie. I didn't want anything too high impact or with intervals, because I had a race this morning!

Next time, I promise to give you MORE TIME to decide for me!
