When you can eat the breakfast and still get no answers from a *help* person.
When you can sit here and type this note and still be getting no where, you're on hold too long.

na. I don't want to talk to him. I was having web site trouble and it was too long but, the problem did get resolved.It was just that I was on hold so long before I got a human and then she could not help then I had to get the supervisor. All fixed and I learned something while waiting, those darn pop up blockers can also be a PITA.
