Your suggestions please

Hi Cathe,
I want to do one of your rotations that calls for CTX upper body work(ei. CTX chest, back, biceps, etc.) but I don't have that series and am not sure of what to sub it with. I was thinking of ME (splitting it up into each body part that the CTX calls for)2Xs. Or, doing PUB but using lighter weights than I normally would. Do you have any suggestions? I have all of the newer w/o. Dont' have PH, PS, or MIS. Thanks :)
 
Hi KC! You can substitute approximately 10 minutes of weight work from another routine using moderate weight and about three various exercises for that body part. For example, for triceps you could do about three sets of 12 to 15 reps for lying extentions, dips, and overhead extentions. For biceps, you could do about three sets of 12 to 15 reps of barbell curls, hammer curls, and concentration curls......etc. Take Care!
