I want to do one of your rotations that calls for CTX upper body work(ei. CTX chest, back, biceps, etc.) but I don't have that series and am not sure of what to sub it with. I was thinking of ME (splitting it up into each body part that the CTX calls for)2Xs. Or, doing PUB but using lighter weights than I normally would. Do you have any suggestions? I have all of the newer w/o. Dont' have PH, PS, or MIS. Thanks
