First I just wanted to thank you for Low-Max it's so nice to know I'm going to have a tough workout without having the impact. Thanks for that, great DVD!! Cathe have you ever considered writing a book about your fitness knowledge? I know you have children and as it is things must seem like there always on overdrive, but just wondering if you've ever considered it? You wouldn't have to write much about nutrition, I know you don't like to suggest to much because that's not your specialty. You do know tons about fitness, I think it would be a great book.
