Your favorite, most effective rotation

Hi All,

What was your most effective / favorite rotation? I am currently in week 3 of the August 2005 Bootcamp rotation (boy, the workout yesterday was a killer - 100 toe touches, 100 burpees, 5 min jog, 100 jacks, 100 alternating front lunges, low pulse squats for 2 minutes, 5 min jump rope, 50 push upsm nd 400 abs - and then I had to do it again....ugh!).

I need to start thinking about the next rotation - I would like to keep fat loss and muscle defining as a goal.

Update on MIL - she is sooooooo positive, in rehab now and doing FABULOUS! She looks healthy and is telling the staff they have to keep up with her! Thanks again for your prayers, it was a worried 2 weeks, but we are on the road to recovery!! The dementia is gone and when we tell her what she did, she laughs. Thanks again!!
 
Hi Tygra. I'm not sure if you are looking for a rotation that Cathe has created or just one in general. I have one that I'm at the end of right now that I has been the most effective for me. I'll list it below if you're interested and there is a post about it as well.

The post is "Why does it take so long to figure it out?" if you want to do a search, but here's my most effective rotation:

Sun: Imax 3, only w/u, 1-5, and stretch
Mon: S&H Legs/Shoulders
Tues: S&H Back/Chest
Wed: Body Max, Cardio blast
Thurs: S&H Bi/Tri
Fri: PLB
Sat: Off

Sun: PUB
Mon: Low Max
Tues: PLB
Wed: S&H Shoulders & S&H Bi/Tri
Thurs: KPC
Fri: Off
Sat: S&H Legs/Shoulders & added on firewalkers from B&G - ouch!!

Sun: Imax 2
Mon: PUB
Tues: PLB
Wed: Off
Thurs: Low Max - step only
Fri: GS BSB
Sat: S&H Chest + S&H Tri

Sun: PLB
Mon: Off
Tues: Cardio Fusion
Wed: PUB
Thurs: S&H Legs + B&G floorwork
Fri: BM2 step & intervals only
Sat: BM2 upper body 2x premix

My best rotation is a P90X doubles using running to sub for the Cardio X. I cannot do a rotation that's mainly weights - I need tough cardio 4-5 times a week in order to lose weight.
 
The November rotation was my first rotation I ever did.The November rotation was the most effective rotation for me! I was stuck with my weight for two years and the November rotation kicked it up, I lost a dress size and my frends complimented me on my weight loss. I also did December and January rotations. I really like what they have done to my body! Not only am I loosing weight I am also toning!

It apears at first as if your size isn't changing that is because you are toning at the same time.
