So, I'm driving down the interstate on my way home from work, and Bon Jovi comes on the radio. "Shot through the heart, you're so vain, you give love a bad name (bad name)..."

IMAX 3 pops into my brain. I instantly want to jump forward, jump side, turn, tuck, hop over and back, jack! I love that interval!

My favourite interval too! I have Kung Foo Fighting in my cd player at work. When it comes on, I start doing the step routine in my head!
