I finally got my Cathe DVDs and did Low Max today! WOW!! I know I am out of shape but you all have to be in AWESOME shape!!! I got through the warm up and the first 3 cardios and first 2 blasts and the stretch...that is it!! There are 7 and I couldn't even get through 3!!! It was a ton of fun though. I love the combos...love them! (Oh and I had to rest between each segment too!hehe) I am thankful to have something worth working towards now. I can't wait to get through the whole thing without stopping!!!

I have been slacking all summer and now I can't get through Low Max either. It does help to do it a few times without the blasts - then you can get used to the footwork and the way the workout goes, then add the blasts. Imagine how great you are going to feel the first time you finish it. If you can still move.

I started using the FIRM 3 years ago. I added Cathe's workouts in July. I couldn't complete Low Max then either. Now I can! I love all of her step workouts, though some of the high impact blasts are out of my range. Her weight workouts are amazing. I have an awesome set of shoulders now.:) :D
 
Everyone has to start somewhere Sarah! We all had to work up to what we are capable of today. Keep workin' hard and you will get there too! :)
 
Good for you Sarah. Keep with it and before you know it, it will be a piece of cake. Well, maybe never THAT easy, but easier.
 
Thanks! I am sore today but I am commited to keep going. I did Total Body Stretching today and will try for sections 3,4 and 5 tomorrow. Then on Thurs I will only strecth again. I have made a commitment to do something every day so the TBS is what I do every other day until I think I can handle doing workouts two days in a row. I really like working out and have all my life until my second child four years ago. Amazing how hard it has been to get back in the swing of things. Having this board has really helped me get motivated to commit. I tend not to commit as to not let myself down when I don't accomplish. So thanks again:)
