yogurt substitute

I think I cant eat yogurt anymore I felt really bloated after I had some any suggestions on a substitute? I know they sell Lactid for milk so I could substitute with regular fat free milk and I can do with out cheese period although I do miss it. Thanks guys

There are brands of soy yogurt out there, maybe you could try that?? My dd has a milk sensitivity, she gets a really bad upset tummy if she drinks milk. She drinks soy & almond milk. Hope that helps!

Hi -

How do you feel about cottage cheese? Does it bloat you like yogurt does?

I have some issues w/ Lactose intolerance too, but mostly when I am drinking just straight up milk. The lactaid pills seem to help for me quite a bit, so maybe you could try that?

Thanks for the suggestions I've never tried soy yogurt sounds good. I dont like cottage cheese. Im in denial about the whole thing cause I love dairy. The only thing that doesnt seem to bother me is the egg whites. I am always have stomach issues bloating constipation gas and I have a feeling it has to do with dairy. UGH!!!! Arent the ingrediants the same in soy yogurt????

Soy yogurt is dairy-free. It doesn't contain any milk - it's made from soy milk.
