Sorry I can't help you. I just wanted to say I like your graph with the baby. Too cute Would you mind if I stole your idea? I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow. It is very interesting that there are so many of us that are pregnant close together.

My baby is 2 now, so I don't have any more recent recommendations but I did Crunch Yoga Mama when I was pregnant and liked it. It seems to be popular.

There are two pregnancy yoga videos by Shiva Rea which you can buy on amazon.com, just go to the search engine and type in her name. I have her recent production, Shakti Yoga, and it is excellent. That woman is a pretzel, but the pregnancy videos have different versions depending on your trimester and size.
