has anyone tried this? I am always looking for "healing" i.e. rehab/stretching type videos. As much as I love to work out hard at age 52 I seem to spending a lot more time stretching etc. to try to get rid of various sore areas. Anyway I just got this in the mail after ordering it - it has sections for neck, shoulders, upper back, hands wrists and elbows, lower back, hips, feet and ankles (special part for plantar fascitis, which I have) and general stress relief. There is a 5 minute quickfix and a 10 minute for each body region. I am so looking forward to trying this today. I have pain in like, 4 different places right now. What I am doing currently is a hard Cathe workout one day and then recovery/stretching/milder stuff on the alternate days. I have had Jill's shoulder shape-up DVD for a long time and swear by it, but it is longer to do (40 minutes for main workshop) and I was wanting something shorter in time, so decided to try this.
