Hi -- I've been adding yoga to my workout regime in the past few months and am really enjoying it. I'm planning to get pregnant pretty soon and know that there are plenty of Pregnancy Yoga videos out there, but would love to continue doing some that I already have too. I know that Living Arts recommends no forward bends or side twists that would constrict the abdominal area and then there's the no lying on the back after the first few months. But does anyone else know what guidelines I might use to modify my yoga tapes? -- Renee
