yoga or pilates

I started STS this week for the 1st time

I have a whole program that includes 5k to couch, 2 days of intense cardio and 2 abs sessions along with STS

I want to include some stretching, I will use once a week Stretch Max segmant, once the STS extended stretch (off course I will do stretching after each workout but can't always do the lone STS one) and once I want to have either Pilates or Yoga

I have the P90X Yoga which I will divide into two. One week I do the first 45 min and the next week, the other 45 min.

I also have Winsor Pilates, which I dislike.

But I am wondering if I should look into buying another Pilates

my question is which one should I do for helping me lean out. Pilates or Yoga?

It's not my style to do any of them, it will take efforts but I understand the benefits they have so i want to incorporate one

what do you think. what do you prefer and why as an addition to STS

i remember when i use to do pilates my legs looked so much better. i never did yoga.
